दुबई में बच्चे के साथ ये करना भारतीय कामगार को पड़ा मंहगा, हुआ गि'रफ्ता'र, पहुंचा जेल

दुबई के एक कोर्ट में 33 वर्षीय व्यक्ति पर छेड़छाड़ का आरोप लगाया गया है।
उसने अपने मकान में एक पांच वर्षीय लड़के को कथित तौर पर छेड़छाड़ की थी।
आरोपित भारतीय व्यक्ति एक इलेक्ट्रीशियन के रूप में काम करता है।
 
उसने कोर्ट ऑफ़ फ़र्स्ट इंस्टेंस में इस आरोप का खंडन किया।
यह घटना 14 जून को उस समय हुई जब लड़के के माता-पिता दूर में थे।
इसकी सूचना बुर दुबई पुलिस स्टेशन में दी गई थी।
 
पीड़ित, एक भारतीय स्कूली छात्र है। उसने सरकारी अभियोजन जांचकर्ताओं को बताया है कि प्रतिवादी ने उसे अनुचित तरीके से छुआ। पीड़ित न कहा, “उसने मुझे बुलाया और फिर अपने दोनों हाथों से मेरे गालों को छुआ।” “फिर मेरे चाचा ने आकर उस आदमी को धक्का दिया। वह मुझे पुलिस स्टेशन ले गए।”
लड़के ने उसके शरीर पर इशारा किया जहां आरोपी ने अनुचित तरीके से उसे छुआ और उसे पकड़ लिया।
 

45 वर्षीय व्यापारी के लड़के के पिता ने कहा कि वह शाम 5 बजे काम पर थे, जब उसने अपने बहनोई से सुना कि प्रतिवादी ने क्या किया। उन्होंने कहा “मुझे बताया गया था कि उसने मेरे बेटे के साथ अभद्र व्यवहार किया और उसे फिल्माया। मैं विला से तुरंत वापस चला गया।”
24 वर्षीय मैकेनिक के लड़के के चाचा ने कहा कि वह अपने भतीजे से बात कर रहा था जब वह अपने मोबाइल फोन में व्यस्त था। उन्होंने कहा, “कुछ मिनट बाद, मैंने मुड़कर देखा और प्रतिवादी ने उसे छूने के दौरान मेरे भतीजे को पीछे से आकर देखा। जब मैं उससे पूछ रहा था कि वह क्या कर रहा है। वह भाग गया।”
एक पुलिसकर्मी ने कहा कि वे शिकायत मिलने के बाद विला गए। “लड़का और उसके माता-पिता और रिश्तेदार हमारे लिए इंतजार कर रहे थे। लड़के के चाचा ने हमें बताया कि उसने प्रतिवादी को अनुचित तरीके से अपने भतीजे को छूते हुए और उसे फिल्माने के लिए स्पॉट किया। ”
इलेक्ट्रीशियन को 5 सितंबर को सजा सुनाई जाएगी।
A 33-year-old man has been charged at a Dubai court with molestation after he allegedly groped a five-year-old boy at their shared villa.
The Indian man, who works as an electrician, denied the charge at the Court of First Instance. The incident took place on June 14 at a time when the boy’s parents were away. It was reported at the Bur Dubai police station.
The victim, an Indian schoolboy, recounted to the public prosecution investigators how the defendant inappropriately touched him at the villa they shared. “He called me and then touched my cheeks with both his hands.”
The boy then pointed at his body where the accused inappropriately touched and groped him. “Then my uncle came and pushed that man. He took me to the police station,” the boy said.
The boy’s father, a 45-year-old businessman, said he was at work at 5pm when he heard from his brother-in-law what the defendant did. “I was told he behaved indecently with my son and filmed him. I went back right away to the villa.”
The boy’s uncle, a 24-year-old mechanic, said he was talking to his nephew when he got busy with his mobile phone. “A few minutes later, I turned around and saw the defendant hugging my nephew from behind while touching him. He was filming what he was doing. He rebuffed me when I asked him what he was doing. He ran away when I was alerting the boy’s father.”
A policeman said they went to the villa after receiving the complaint. “The boy and his parents and relatives were waiting for us. The boy’s uncle told us that he spotted the defendant touching his nephew in an inappropriate way and filming him. When the uncle confronted the accused the latter replied that it was not his concern.”
The officer added: “The uncle further said that the defendant left the villa when hearing that the parents would be told and the police called.”
At that time, a man came to the villa grabbing the accused. “The man said that he did not witness the incident but learned about it from the victim’s uncle,” the policeman told the prosecutor.
The electrician will be sentenced on September 5.
